It was discussed on MSNBC, written about in The Atlantic, The New York Times, The Washington Post, Forbes and The Chicago Tribune, among others.
My humor has been shared by Patton Oswalt, Penn Jillette, Steve Silberman and I’m pretty sure Hillary Clinton referenced my McSweeney’s piece in this article she wrote for The Atlantic.

I was happy to be asked to contribute to Shepherd’s book project recommending satirical novels and my favorite reads of 2023.
Like most writers, I get lots of emails and messages and comments and tweets about my writing. Sometimes this is amazing and inspirational and heartening and encouraging, and sometimes not so much. And occasionally the feedback I get is just very, very funny. This is really my favorite comment ever, tweeted about a humor piece I wrote for The New York Times. I love that their avatar is Statler.
